Your holiday at Kisla Falls
Kisla Falls is our privately owned beautiful 5 bed (can be booked as a 3 bed) villa right next to the sea with loads of outdoor space and unobstructed views. There are personal touches that you won't find in 'built to order' villas, as well as all the comforts you expect from a high end villa. There are 3 separate pools.
Kisla Falls has many outdoor spaces for you to spread out and 'escape' to. 4 separate outdoor areas. Spectacular views to Kalkan harbour and to the sea. The outside area is not shared with anyone else and our gardens are not part of a complex. They are part of our home.
Pool Terrace - large L shaped terrace housing a magnificent corner day bed under a large pergola, 6 sunloungers and 1 swingpod. 7x3m private pool with stone steps (perfect for babies and toddlers) and a ladder on the other side. For kiddies, a small splash pool. Also an outdoor bathroom (shower, toilet/ changing area). Sun all day long from around 10.30am in high season. Facing west (unlike some villas in Kalkan) the sun sets immediately on to the villa. Sunsets are part of the Kisla Falls experience.
Dining Terrace - Mainly shaded, large shaded inbuilt banquet table and outdoor cooking area featuring outdoor prep table and a large claypizza oven, separate shaded ottoman cushioned seating area (kosk) with round low level table perfect for al fresco lunches, cards, drinks. Jacuzzi plunge pool, with decking area for sunbathing drinks and towels.
Roof Terrace - top floor Roof Terrace with amazing views and seating area. Small fridge and sink for making sunset drinks.
Breakfast Balcony - sofas seating 6 and the place to enjoy your first cup of tea / coffee and watch Kalkan awaken or the boats go past on their day trip. Pools - There are 2 pools and a small baby pool. The main pool is on the Pool Terrace and is 7m x 3m. it can be heated in out of season months. The jacuzzi plunge pool is situated in the Dining Terrace. the small baby pool is on the Poolside Terrace.
