when is changeover - We aim to be flexible on changeover days provided there are minimal voids between bookings

what's the minimum stay  - We aim to be flexible on duration of stays, unless in high season when we do not accept stays of less than 7 days unless this is to fill a void between bookings.

can the pool be heated out of season - Pool heating  is unlikely to be needed May to mid October. The pool can be heated at a cost of £30 per day and a minimum of 10 days, allowing 3 days prior to arrival to warm the pool for a 7 day booking.

exclusions - We are very sorry but we do not accept bookings of large single sex groups or under 21s.
